Obama reverses fall of house prices -- in Washington DC

As shown in the graph above, since January 2009, President Obama has successfully turned around the fall in house prices, but only in Washington DC.

Some investors even switched to day trading, where they buy a large position in a stock or commodity hoping to make money on just a small move up or down, and then sell the position the same day. Day trading can be a very profitable investment strategy, but there are potential tax consequences to consider. Thanks for sharing.
